As a new school or academy we would like to welcome you on board. This section relates to the documentation we require which for ease can be completed and submitted online. You will receive an acknowledgement that you documents have been successfully submitted.
Below are links to the specific documents we require which can be completed electronically and submitted. The following are the documents we need for our insurers and to process any claims which might arise:
Click here to submit your Staff List (please ensure that you complete the FTE figure for each member of staff together with their dates of birth)
Once we receive you Staff List we will post the Wellbeing Packs for each member directly to you by post.
Should you have any difficulty in completing any of the required documentation the please call us on 0113 2161144 and we will be only too pleased to assist.
Once you receive your login for our members area, you will be able to go to the Documents page (click here) and download a copy of your Insurance Policy Document to which you can refer to when making claims. Your Schedule of Insurance will be sent independently.
